Roman Necklace by name, yet the original inspiration arrived from a necklace found at various locations in England in 1976 that would have been owned by a Roman aristocrat approximately 650-700AD. Probably Scandinavian artwork originally. This example is in Sterling Silver Hard Gold Plated, vermeil, with cabochon  garnets, black south sea pearls, chrysophrase, amethyst, moonstone or topaz.
